What is WACC?

 WACC is the extended career / technical campus of 18 area high schools. WACC is one of 26 area career centers in Illinois.

What is WACC's purpose?

 WACC provides junior/senior level training in five cluster areas of Business and Related Technology, Consumer Services, Industrial Technology, Transportation Services, and Work Experience Coop. Education. These clusters represent 17 different occupational training areas.

Who may attend WACC?

 WACC participation is open to juniors and seniors in any area participating high school. The school district they attend, or in which they reside, supports their attendance at WACC.

Earn College Credit by attending WACC

 WACC has articulation agreements in place with Sauk Valley Community College whereby college credit can be earned for WACC classes taken while still in high school. Ask your counselor about this opportunity!
